I partner with senior leaders and executive teams to build the operational infrastructure that makes strategy real: governance systems, cross-functional alignment, portfolio clarity, and the kind of complete ownership that lets leaders focus on what only they can do.
My background is rooted in engineering and IT, built across medical device and life sciences environments spanning Fortune 500 corporations and mission-driven organizations. I bring the technical fluency to operate alongside engineers, scientists, regulatory, and technology teams, and the strategic range to work at the executive level. I’m equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the weeds, and I know when each one is needed.
